Beginners Foundation session
Pilates is different to many forms of exercise that you may have experienced before. It is important that you master the basics of Pilates as this will ensure that you exercise safely and obtain the maximum benefit from the exercises. Because of this, a beginners foundation session is a prerequisite to joining any of the group matwork classes. It’s a great introduction to the Pilates method.
If you have practiced Pilates before, we will discuss with you on an individual basis what the best approach would be. Our aim is to provide a safe, challenging and enjoyable approach to exercise, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The session lasts 60 mins
2:1 £35 per person
3:1 £30 per person
Group matwork class
Once you have completed a beginner’s foundation session, you are ready to join a group class. Our group classes have a maximum of 10 participants as this ensures each member of the class receives the attention and support they need.

Mature bodies matwork
As we get older, we need to keep our bodies moving in order to retain our mobility. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for the more mature body, and we offer a class specially designed for your needs. We offer this class at a discounted rate.
